Kehidupan Dalam Pelukan
This work presents an abstract form of a pregnant woman’s body, with soft curves symbolizing warmth and strength. Shades of yellow and orange convey energy, light, and the nurturing warmth of a mother, while a red circle against a blue background represents the fetus—a new life growing within the womb. A sweeping stroke of purple suggests protection and balance, serving as a symbol of love and hope that connects mother and child. The interplay of contrasting colors creates a visual harmony that reflects the wondrous journey toward birth.

I am an artist originally from Depok, now residing in Sukoharjo, where I’ve found inspiration in exploring new artistic media. My work often reflects the emotional challenges of domestic life and interactions with those around me. Influenced by Indonesian maestros like Pak Hanafi and global icons like Jackson Pollock and Jean-Michel Basquiat, I strive to create pieces that resonate deeply and offer new perspectives on life’s complexities.
