A human who has lost the attributes of humanity—such as virtue, compassion, and tolerance—if these attributes disappear, their level becomes like that of an animal. The difference lies only in differentiation, for example, between a goat and a chicken. Without using human attributes, such a being is called a human-animal, oriented downward, thinking only about worldly happiness, conquering the world, conquering other humans, and other living beings. This depicts a person who has lost human values and replaced them with attitudes and orientations more akin to animal instincts. It illustrates a condition where humans have descended to a primitive level and prioritize material worldly satisfaction. However, there will be an event that awakens the awareness that these actions will cause inner turmoil, where the heart feels like it is burning—depicted in the painting as a heart held and consumed by fire. The right hand holds a golden key, symbolizing the key to return. Through the whisper of God, humans are called back to find the true key to life, which is knowledge. This key opens the path that should be followed to become human again. This work is a metaphorical and philosophical depiction of the current human condition, often trapped in materialism, but also contains an awareness of the need to realize that the purpose of life is not always like this.
