Senja Di Tepi Karang
This work portrays a female figure resting on a blue cloth, lying in relaxation by a rocky shore. Her body is bathed in the warm sunlight, creating a play of golden orange tones that blend with the blue of the distant sea. On the coral rocks, a formation of upright stones adds a symbolic touch of balance and resilience. The interplay between human softness and nature’s solidity creates a soothing visual harmony, as if inviting the viewer to share in the calm of dusk and the whispers of the ocean.

I am an artist originally from Depok, now residing in Sukoharjo, where I’ve found inspiration in exploring new artistic media. My work often reflects the emotional challenges of domestic life and interactions with those around me. Influenced by Indonesian maestros like Pak Hanafi and global icons like Jackson Pollock and Jean-Michel Basquiat, I strive to create pieces that resonate deeply and offer new perspectives on life’s complexities.
