Sang Ratu Laut Selatan
This work presents the figure of Nyi Roro Kidul, the legendary Queen of the Southern Sea in Nusantara culture. She is depicted with regal presence, dressed in her iconic green kebaya paired with batik fabric rich in traditional meaning. A golden crown upon her head symbolizes the majesty of a queen, while the trident in her hand represents power and dominion over the vast and mysterious ocean. Her gaze is firm yet graceful, affirming her role as both guardian and ruler of the sea. The bluish-gray background evokes a magical atmosphere, drawing the viewer into the mystical aura of the Southern Sea—at once beautiful and filled with mystery.
