"Things We Carry" is about the thoughts and feelings that stay with us as we move through life—fear, love, regret, pressure, responsibility, hope, and memories we cannot simply put down. Some of them are loud and easy to name. Others sit quietly in the background, shaping how we feel without us fully noticing. The red strings and handwritten words make those invisible burdens visible, while the upside-down figure reflects how carrying too much can turn our lives upside down, leaving us feeling unsettled, overwhelmed, or caught inside our own mind. We all carry something. Some things we learn to release. Some we learn to live with.
