Memories Of Time
The "It's Time" series is a set of new experimental and exploratory works I am currently undertaking. Simply put, I aim to depict 'time' without using objects or elements typically associated with the theme of time. This effort involves abstracting the qualities of time that I understand and believe in, translating them into visual forms, and then linking them to specific themes where time becomes the main character that underpins the theme's context. In this work "Memories of Time", time is portrayed as memory, a recollection of events in life that flit through the mind. These fragments of memory move quickly, overlapping and replacing one another so rapidly that some images become unclear. However, the emotions experienced during those moments clarify their significance. Revisiting memories within us is like watching a black-and-white film at a breakneck pace, remembering that the actual events took much longer than what we recall. Yet, it's not uncommon to find the answers we seek from this traffic of memories, while the rest are questions humans have about fate.
