At the end of 2019, I experienced age regression, which was triggered by an unpleasant incident due to a relationship. Age regression became one of the coping mechanisms at that time to deal with every painful thing that I had to face and to nurture my inner child. It felt like coming home, returning to my childhood, and giving him solace. Since then, I have realized that age regression and things related to pleasant memories from childhood always provide shelter whenever there are storms in life as an adult. Like a house filled with colors and toys that always welcomes me back.
