I gotta watch it on youtube itself. But before the link to you tube said it was in a format my browser could not play. Haha like those guys say, totally out of our hands unless we know how to do it. I find I need to investigate all the new apps and systems relentlessly otherwise get left behind. It's getting so that most of my older friends don't know how to even figure out their visa card stuff and Mac updates. If you are not on top of the new stuff it's easy to get taken to the cleaners by agents and fixers. My friend here has been trying to make a new US VISA for his balinese wife. They forgot to extend it when it expired. Now back to square one, the whole process. Biggest problem was getting her photo into a format that was within the embassy parameters. Luckily I have apps that adjust pixels, pdf quality etc. No one else had a clue. So I got it to the right size immediately. Then he sent it to his Mac by whatsapp. Then applied. They said it was far too compressed. It ended up that way.
