The painting “DREAM” depicts a floating island in the middle of the ocean, a symbol of distant yet calling aspirations. In front of it, a small ship appears halted—not wrecked, but restrained by an invisible barrier, a metaphor for life’s obstacles that often block the path toward our goals.
With the soft, emotional flow of aquarelle and the structural touch of sungging that adds local nuance, this work blends vulnerability with resilience. Its message is clear: being halted does not mean failure. The ship remains intact, the destination still exists, and as long as belief endures, the journey toward one’s dream can always continue.
