Kwan Kong
Kwang Kong is a hero (god of war) from China. Besides being a warrior, he is considered the God of protection, trade, and literature. I visualize Kwang Kong hovering above water and adjacent to a rubber duck in this painting. I painted the duck as a parody to create an artistic message. Also, this is in line with the exhibition of "Danu Kerthi Huluning", which honors water as the source of life. Through this painting, I depict Chinese literature in the genre of classic Balinese art.
