Ananta Shanti #3
The "Ananta Shanti Series" delves into the relationship between nature, specifically the twilight hours, when the sky is painted with mesmerizing hues of pink and purple. The name "Ananta Shanti" is derived from Sanskrit, with "Ananta" symbolizing something endless or eternal, and "Shanti" signifying peace. Therefore, these paintings narrate the idea of endless, perpetual peace. The depicted serenity is closely associated with the sheer beauty of the twilight sky, showcasing the gradient of pink and purple shades. These particular moments synchronize with a time when I felt serene and joyous because everything was aligning with their aspirations. It reflects a period where their endeavors were met with success, and every effort seemed worthwhile. To further enhance the narrative, a monochromatic palette of black and white was intentionally added. These colors represent life's inevitable obstacles, and their inclusion aims to signify that challenges are navigated with a composed and tranquil spirit.
