Alexandrine is a decorative artist who creates sculptural wall jewel pieces designed to adorn walls like jewelry for the body. Rooted in travel, cultural blending, and the memory held within materials, her practice brings together ceramic, wood, shell, mother-of-pearl, and metal, often employing the 600-year-old Japanese Raku technique, where earth and fire merge in an organic and unpredictable dialogue. Each piece is unique, with custom commissions available.
