AWANOZ has been an artist specializing in linocut and printmaking since 2015. Through the physical processes of carving and printing, he embraces the imperfections and unpredictability of the medium as essential elements of his work.

His imagery often draws from personal observations, nature, and fragments of the world around him. His work explores the tensions between simplicity and detail, as well as intimacy and universality, creating images that feel both familiar and peculiar.

Through this tactile approach, AWANOZ continues to develop linocut as a personal visual language, allowing each work to preserve the traces of the artist’s hand.
