Your Home Is My Home
This artwork tells a personal story, where every room in the house becomes a place for the cats to hang out. Starting with the bathroom, the artist’s cats sometimes like to urinate there. Then, in the bedroom, some cats enjoy sleeping on the bed, bean bag chair, or inside the wardrobe. In the living room and lounge area, these spaces are typically used for playing and relaxing. In the kitchen and dining area, when someone is cooking, especially fish, the cats jump on the stove and bother people while eating, even if they’re already full. This behavior happens because the cats feel safe and comfortable with their owner and home. For cat owners who don’t want their belongings to be disturbed, it’s better to keep the cats in a cage, but they should still be let out occasionally to play to prevent boredom and stress.
