Active in the arts and exhibitions since 2007, I decided in 2021 to focus on creating and living in Banjarnegara, Central Java. Before that, much of my artistic journey and network-building took place in Yogyakarta.

Artistic Concept

The world of children has become the greatest source of inspiration in my creative process. Their immense curiosity, dreams, and playful spirit serve as both a motivation and a form of therapy for me. From this foundation, I explore imaginative forms, lines, and colors that evoke feelings of comfort, tranquility, and joy, continually experimenting with various mediums such as paintings, fabric and recycled paper dolls, collages made from old fabric using manual stitching techniques, and even animating puppet-like objects through stop-motion animation and puppet theater performances.

Currently, my artistic focus is more directed toward painting as a medium. The themes of my work often originate from personal experiences that resonate collectively with society, such as self-motivation, dreams and aspirations, parenting, and popular societal phenomena like social media, mental health, and even local gossip.
