My work moves between two worlds—one that's surreal and imaginative, and another that's grounded in cultural identity and realism. In some of my paintings, I like to play with surreal, unexpected combinations. These hybrids often reflect my love for music and symbolism. They're playful, sometimes strange, but always carry a deeper meaning about how I see life, sound, and movement.
On the other side, I also create figurative works that focus on Indonesian women. I’m inspired by the strength, beauty, and quiet dignity I see in them. I try to capture these through careful detail, traditional fabrics, skin tones, and expressive gestures—things that feel very close to home for me.
Both styles are equally important to me. They allow me to explore different aspects of who I am as an artist—someone who’s deeply connected to culture, but also drawn to imagination and visual experimentation.
